COVID-19 Global Pandemic - HOW A LOCKDOWN IN MALAYSIA SHOW PEOPLE'S TRUE COLOURS!

Hey Everyone,

I've always been wondering what would the world be like when 2020 strikes in. Why 2020? Because in Malaysia, back when I was in primary school, 8-9 years of age in 1997/1998? The current prime minister was always pressing hard about Malaysia being a developed country in 2020. I was waiting for 22 years praying that I would still be alive to be able to experience what Malaysia will be like in the year 2020. With all those art competition where kids back then was imagining flying cars, launch pad, flying house and etc. Instead of those happening, freakin' deadly virus spread throughout the world. 

Malaysia's Prime Minister has decided on a lockdown starting 18th March 2020. Like, my birthday was on the 22nd of March and bloody hell what a way to celebrate my birthday.... at home..... with the cats.... watching netflix and chill. LOL

The lockdown started on the 28th of March 2020 and was supposed to end on the 31st of March 2020. However, the Lockdown then extended from 31st of March 2020 to the 14th of April 2020. A month worth of staying at home. Today is the 3rd week of the stay at home movement. Although deeply I wanted the lockdown to end on the 14th of April 2020, but seeing how new cases and death's in Malaysia keeps on rising, It is hard to lift this up. Social distancing, I think not many will follow. Even during this movement control that we are currently practicing in Malaysia, there are still citizens who do not practice social distancing. Thus the quick spread of the deadly virus.

The government has been introducing all sort of help to the citizens. One important aspect that I would like to acknowledge is the introduction of the 6 month temporary moratorium repayment for both cars and house loan. This would actually help alot of malaysian's in saving up money in times of dire needs that we are currently facing. Monetary help is also being introduced to those whose financial income is not sufficient to help them in times like these.

Albeit all of the help, there are still several citizens of Malaysia, yang masih tidak puas hati especially some of the celebrities. Like Bitch stop complaining! You are rich in your own rights! You have millions in your bank accounts and yet you dare ask the government to help provide financial help eventhough you people don't pay taxes?! And yet you people demand financial help from the government whose money they used to provide financial relief comes from the taxes that the citizens pay monthly? FUCK YOU!!!

Why don't you sell your Rolex watch? Your TAG Heuer Watch? Your Many Cars that you own? Your expensive handbags and etc so that you can actually help yourself in this times of dire needs.  You people boast soy much in instagram with your large houses, your many cars, your many trips to overseas, your shopping and yet now you say that you don't have any money? When you were paid alot before this pandemic happened DON'T YOU PEOPLE KNOW WHAT SAVING MEANS?? Padan muka Boros macam babi.

During this lockdown, I finally get to see and observe the Citizens of Malaysia's behavior. They shine bright light a diamond! There are those who are responsible by staying at home and only going out to buy groceries or going to the doctors. There are also selfish people. There are also stupid people. There are also stubborn people. And to top it all of, there are also people who are completely ignorant and oblivious about the situation. 

Since the movement control operation (MCO) will end 14th of April 2020, I hope schools are still closed until there are zero COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. You can't expect kids to maintain social distancing, wash their hands and not play together while maintaining a 1 meter gap from each other. Come on la! be realistic. The schools does not have the capacity to monitor and manage all of them at once! 

But the lockdown does in fact effect other people's job. In times of these, we all need to BERUSAHA and attempt to find any means to get help. It is hard, no one said that this would be easy. Dugaan ini cabaran dari Allah. Allah will not give you all these hardship that is well outside your capabilities. Help is always there when you need. For example, my ex office kakak cleaner's income all depend on her services to clean the office. But when the lockdown happened, she stops getting income and she can't support her family. She is a single mother. She can't go back to Indonesia because all flights overseas from Malaysia has stopped. She seeks help from the staff, and of course each of us chipped in money based on our capabilities. Some generously gave RM150, Some gave RM30, Some gave RM20 and etc. At least the total amount that was collected was enough to provide her at least 1-2 months of survival. By which time hopefully the situation gets better after that. That is in term of financial aid. In terms of food, neighbors still help provide essential food needs. In times like these, not only do we help ourselves, but to help other people as well.

Lastly, I do hope and pray that this pandemic will stop soon. The world is entering the recession phase since many country have temporarily stopped operating. For all the country affected by this Pandemic, it might take time to heal, but as long as its citizens are alive and thriving to move forward, the world can overcome this hardship.

2020

Looks like this will be a once a year entry in my blog xD

How's it been? I'll try and be as active as possible. Since I am also quite busy in my daily life. I noticed that during my student life, blogging is so much part of my life that I blog every single day. Its just like writing stuff in my diary, but an online version, and it is public for the world to see. LOL

Anyway, year 2020. What will it bring me?

Well for starters, me and the hubbs bought a new house in Puchong area last year. First of all, Alhamdullillah, praise to Allah for giving us this rezeki. The apartment that we are currently in no longer accommodates the two of us. Yes, even though it is just the two of us, the apartment is already at its maximum capacity.

The new house will be in Desiran Bayu Puchong. It is already completed, but we are planning to renovate it especially the kitchen, where it will be fully renovated by taking up all free space at the backyard of the house for the kitchen. Since it is a Semi D house, the extra land at the backyard seems of no use. Eventually, there's work to do, and its not just the kitchen. Terbang $$$$ adeeeiiii matilanak.

And so, that's it for the house. If things goes as plan, then we will move in that house by this September 2020. Hoping that Allah will ease our plan and make our journey smooth this year and the year to come, Amin!

2019 I’m Back!! Hello 30!

WOW!! Its been 2 freakin' years that my blog has been inactive. Well, that's a first!

What have I been up to lately since my last post in December 2017? Alot!

Well, I am still working in the same company, my first job after I graduated in 2012. So it has been 7 years working with RSPO. Not the same position and the same department. The 7 years in RSPO, I have been into 3 departments with different position. I was the CEO's Executive assistant. Got bored, and was offered a position in Membership. Lasted for a good three years, got bored of it as well, and as offered to a more technical position in assurance. Now, still in assurance but was just recently promoted to Manager from Senior Exec xD Alhamdullillah!! Rezeki Allah tidak pernah salah tempat. The key is to be patient and evolve yourself. I came into RSPO with ZERO knowledge about the palm oil industry. But I endure it, SABAR and learn! Never stop learning!

So its 2019, I am now officially 30 years old. Gone were the days where my age starts with the number 2 xD 3 series huh..

2018 was a bit of an hectic and tiring year for me. Work travels :( From all my years of travelling, last year was the first I experience being late for my flight. Kebas tu kaki berlari pg gate xD sampai sampai jak terus masuk kapal, stewardess terus tutup pintu, Aku terus duduk kepanasan xD hahahaha

And last year was also the first amongst my travels to miss a flight! I never miss a flight. But last year was the year. I just came back from my work travels in Indonesia. Took the last flight back because we had to transit Jakarta first. I have another flight the next day morning at 9am, going back to KK. Balik rumah around 3-4am, hubbs aku rindu, the next day bangun jam 8am sebab tidak sedar alarm clock xD Apakau ingat sempat ka kejar flight jam 9am?? Well, fortunately, that is the only flight that I missed! syukur! 3 kali jak la hampir miss flight, berlari sampai kebas tu betis LOL xD Back to back travelling is tiring. :(

So that is 2018. Come 2019, I promised myself and the hubbs to travel for a holiday. And we did, a nice winter holiday in Xi'an China. Touch down Xi'an Airport, 1 Degree's Celsius greeted us xD. The next following day was -3 Degree's Celsius with snow fog. Jadi karas la ba tu Muka, kebas-kebas tu hidung xD. But it was a beautiful and awesome place. Highly recommended for muslim travelers. It is really easy to find halal food because Xi'an is famous for its muslim street and muslim quarters. Kiri kanan makanan halal. Its going to be a long post if I were to post about Xi'an, so it will be in my next blog xD

Oh yaaa... Neeja is getting married!!! alhamdullillah so happy for her!!

Kalau Allah mau bukakan hati hambanya, memang buka la tu hati. Never underestimate the power of God!! Sebagai Hambanya kita cuma mampu berdoa buat yang terbaik untuk seseorang.

2019 will also be a busy year. And yes, back to back work travels belum campur personal activities lagi. I can already feel it because Baru bulan 3 sudah pack xD I need 10 phones khas untuk alarm clock, baru bunyi power. Terus melompat dari katil. No time to snooze one by one xD In sha allah I can do it! Ya Allah, bagi la hamba mu the strength to overcome any barriers. Amin!

SINGLE, COUPLE, ENGAGED, MARRIED

Hi!

Gosh, its been four month since my last post in blogspot.  Yes I admit I am slowly becoming in active to blogging compared to my younger days.  24 jam kau ber blogging.

So far I have two blogs.  The first one was made in 2008, but that one has remained inactive for so long. I do not have the login credentials anymore because it was not made using my email address. After that I created a new blog, kira kira macam new life la gitu kan. So, this second blog is my current, active an ONLY blog I have.

Talking about new life, I created this new blog due to urgent circumstances back in 2009.  I couldn't delete the old blog hence the old blog still exist in the internet till today. Its quite annoying but heck, live and move forward kan :D

The new blog was created just a month before I knew my husband.  Have to thank his friend for introducing me to him via facebook.  Long story short, he persuaded me to comment on this girls facebook as she was bashing my islam religion.  And coincidentally my husband was invited to participate as well. Ooohhh my husband's facebook that time was SUPER private! No profile picture and you couldn't even add him on his own facebook! mystery mystery~

And so, after a heated debate with the girl, since I am obviously straight forward, I mentioned in one of my comment that I wanted to add as a friend on my husband's facebook but it was private and I couldn't add him.  The next thing I know, he added me in facebook.  So we DM in facebook, gave him my YM ID (Back then YM kan very famous :D) and he added me in YM.  So we had our very first personal chat in YM.  I was in my room in KK that time.

Well I was soooo curious on how he looked like. He still insists on not putting his picture in his Facebook profile.  After 2 weeks of YM-ing him, alas, he uploaded his picture in facebook as his profile picture.  Tapi, Apa paedah! Gambar muka tapi mata tutup! Buh!! hahahaha

Tapi dari sana, nampak la hidung dia yang mancung tu, muka tirus dia, and rambut kiut dia tu.  Terpersona juga la tengok.  But, I am still unsatisfied with the picture.  Kept on communicating on YM as normal with him, sharing info about myself, he shared things with me. After 2 weeks, he uploaded a new profile picture in his facebook, this time, Gambar separuh badan tapi Side face jak. Lagi! Apa Paedah!! hahahaha

That time, memang nampak betul hidung mancung nya tu.  I was thinking to myself that maybe he is a mix mat salleh, but no, he has that strong Chinese look and a hint of his Malay Jawa facial from his mom.

Again, He looks damn fine even for a side face picture. :D hahahaha

And so, after a month of knowing him through facebook, and YM-ing, at last, it was time for me to go back to KL to start my second semester Degree in UITM Puncak Alam (I hate this University) and to finally meet him! My first date with him was on December 23 2009, met him First time in Kinokuniya KLCC. And we stroll the KLCC garden. Not that Ideal, but, back then, still a student, so that is the only place that is convenient :D hahaha It was fun, no less, and it was memorable.  Every now and then, every time I went to the KLCC park, I will always have this nostalgic feeling, because it was the place where I first dated my husband, first kiss pun di sana. hehehehehe (Too much info, diam la kau!)

And so, yes, after almost 5 years of being together, we decided to tie the knot on the 12th of September 2014. Previously I hated September, but now, I LOVE September :D

So yea, still counting, this year would be our 8th year together and 3 years of being married :)

That say, I am looking forward for a long prosperous relationship and In Sha Allah, hingga ke Jannah. Amin!

Short Holiday stay at Grand Lexis Hotel PD

It was worth every bit of money that was spent on that short holiday.  Unfortunately it was only for 1 night.  Mr. Husband wanted a two night stay, starting from Friday, check out on Sunday, but since he has some work to do, We just try out the first night.  See how kan.

And it was AWESOME!! I booked a room with a private pool.  And what's more awesome is that we got the water chalet room! The Pool was unbelivable! Especially at night.  You know the romantic romantic, yellow dim lights. ehehehehehe, itu hal me and my husband, sooooo to any married couple that needs that relaxing night just for the two of you, Grand Lexis Hotel PD is the choice to go!

In order to go to our room, we will need to ride a buggy.  Because the room is located quite far from the lobby.  Again, buggy service was awesome!

It was a great buggy drive, windy and a bit of sun.  What's more awesome is the room!

Love the room! especially the ceiling fan.  Not a good idea to use the aircond right right after a dip in the pool :P

A toilet that is luas.  Just the I like it!

The shower room, which is the left door has a link door to the pool.  So pandai2 la kunci pintu, if tidak pun, its a nice feeling bila mandi and the pool is just infront of you when you open the door.

My Husband masuk2 jak the room, terus buka the door to the private pool.  Its very straight forward as it is the only door to the outside back from the room. Senyum dia excited!

Tadaaaaa... Awesome right! The pool has a 4 ft depth, so, if you were to bring your kids along, I advice you to keep an eye on them.

After spending a night at the hotel, it is time to check out.  Oh yea, the check in time is 4PM and check out time is 12 Noon.  We checked out quite early at 9.30 because we wanted to go to Nilai 3 and buy curtains.  Really need to change the curtains in our home as the curtains have not changed since the previous owner.  Baru Sekarang ada time mau tukar :P

Yes indeed, rambang mata bila sampai Nilai 3.  kiri Kanan banyak kedai curtains.  So we went to the curtain shop that has lots of varieties and that says, Free jahit service 1 jam siap.  Yup.  Itu sgt penting.  So we made a choice to go this one shop called star hill curtains something something. A chinese owner with a great personality.  And very generous in giving discounts. :D

At first my husband wanted the shiny material, but then I said i wanted matte.  Same colour and material, but I prefer the not so shiny type.  Certain borders can be shiny, but not all.  Awal2 I almost, allllmooooost agreed to take the shiny material.  As we were gonna make a two piece curtain, It'll be too much for me to handle the bling2 from top to bottom.  End up, I looked around again, trying to find the same material, same colour, plain and matte and I did found it.  Was happy and said that I would like to have the matte material into the two piece curtain design. The border that i choose can be shiny and bling bling because the whole curtain is matted.

And yes, after an hour and a half, it was complete.  And was soooo happy with the result!

Really happy with the material choice and Design!  Material is the thick sun block type.

The Border made the thing look very sophisticated.

Total?  Only RM390 for the whole thing!  Murah kan.  That is why it is much better to get household things like curtains and things in Nilai 3, because not only is the stuff cheap, and but the quality is also the best!  Tapi kena pandai pilih la. :P  Also, if you pay by cash, you will not charged the 6% GST.  However, with card, you will be charged with the 6% GST.

July 2016

Hi,

Its been like forever since I updated anything on my blog.  Its July.  How fast time flies.  Its just like yesterday 2015 were here.

what have I been up to?  The usuall.  Raya this year is in Johor Bahru, cause last year it was in Kota Kinabalu.  Next year will also be in Johor Bahru and only the next Raya, which is in 2018, will I be going back to KK.  Why? Because my dad wants either one of us in KK instead of the three of us going back KK together.  So the house is less crowded, and there will always be someone to help my mom with the cooking during Raya.

Since this year's Raya all three of us are here in peninsular, theres no one helping her out with the cooking.  My two brothers back in KK couldn't be much of a help to my mother. :(

So, as agreed, told my dad about it, and he agree that I will be spending Raya again in Johor Bahru next year, and the next following year only will I come back to Kota Kinabalu.

This year's Raya is the first time Hari Raya without my parents.  It was mixed feelings, but my husband helped me throughout the ordeal :P Water works happened.

Am so excited for this saturday to happened.  Booked a night stay at the Grand Lexis Hotel Port Dickson with a pool in the room. Love it! Bila lagi kan dapat chance gini with the husband *wink* *wink*  And I even got the best priced deal ever!

This November, after the Bangkok event, will be going to Makati, phillipines with the cousins :D Hopefully I'm not that tired after the Bangkok event. Only a 3 days rest at home and will be flying off to phillipines again.  Will be going to the Masungi Georeserve :D Healthy hiking.

Casual talk with the Hubbs :)

Had a casual chat with the hubbs.  Chat took part when we were leisurely laying down on the bed, talking.  Fluffy being busybody also came up on the bed.

Me: Sayang, kalau masa kita couple tu kan, kalau kita tidak jadi kahwin, baby break sama sayang Macam mana la? Will you cari orang sabah jgk ka? Ka dengan siapa2 pun ok?

Hubbs: Hmm... Sayang memang tidak suka sama perempuan melayu.

Me: Then siapa la?

Hubbs: Sayang tidak cari lain.  Kalau sudah break, hati sayang jadi lain sudah.

Me: Macam mana laitu?

Hubbs: Sebab hati sudah sakit kan, jadi itu akan jadi Misi sayang, kasih sakit hati baby sampai anytime and to get you back.

Me: Aihhh!! lain juga?!

Hubbs: Iya la, kalau baby kasih tinggal sayang, kita sudah putus, tengok la.  Everytime kalau baby balik KK, sayang guna sayang punya contact di MAS, Malindo, Air Asia untuk track flight baby. Time and date, bila balik KL.  So setiap kali open house ka, pergi Raya, baby akan sentiasa nampak sayang.  Time tu, sayang upah mana2 kawan my friend, ka your cousin, jadi setiap kali baby pergi mana2, sayang ada jak, kasih sakit hati.

Me: Gila ni orang.

Hubbs: Sayang punya gila sampai sanggup beli tanah sebelah rumah daddy tu, ahhh tinggal sebelah la.

Me: !@#@$@#$@#%$

Hubss: Lepas tu kalau baby kahwin, Sayang upah sharp shooter.  Jadi Setiap kali pengantin mau pergi majlis, nikah, sayang suruh tembak driver biar accident pastuh mati.

Me: Wahahahahahahahaha!!!

Hubbs: Kahwin lagi? tembak lagi la.  Sampai sayang jumpa baby, and say "Jadi, Macam mana ni? mau kahwin jak mati, kahwin jak mati?"  Sampai baby terima sayang balik.

Me: Buduuuuuu naaaa xD

Jadi begitu la ending.  Lucu pun ada, sweet pun ada, obsessive puna ada.

2016

It is 2016.  And its been quite some time since I wrote anything in my Blog.

So how was 2015? Great! September 2015 marked my 1 year wedding anniversary to my husband. There will be many more journey's ahead of our road and we will, both of us will endure it together as husband and wife :)

Alhamdullillah the house that I bought is sufficient for the both of us. 3 Room and 3 bathrooms.  Its a start for now. Other then buying a house in 2015, I even bought a new car for myself. Its sad though that I sent of my saga car back to KK.  :( Anyway, I needed to send it back cause there were no more parking space to put a third car. Not to say literally there is no more parking space, there is, but I'm not gonna pay another few $$$ per month for the third car, that will only be driven once in a blue moon.  Since I bought a new car, For sure I will be using my new car right?

Anyway, the process of sending back the car to KK.  Its tidak menyusahkan ( No trouble at all), just needed to give them all the requested forms in order for them to process it.  Oh yeah, I did not use an agent to transfer my car to KK.  There's this company, that I googled, good reputation,  does not charge bloody expensive and is efficient.

So, i give it a go.

The thing about this company is that, it is located exactly in the custom port at westport conventional main gate, Pulau indah Kelang. So, I called and just give it a go. Dup dap dup dap, only pay RM1550 FLAT. no extra charge.  But you need to send your car to port Kelang la.  If you want that guy to come and take your car, they'll charge another RM100.

Suprisingly, other places and agents charged like RM2500 and above.  So I am really suprised that they only charge RM1550 if you were to send your car to KK from Port Kelang.  Macam biasa, ambil di Jesselton port.

The new car that I bought is just a simple Honda sedan car.  Not gonna say which model, but my husband really asked me to do a Type R on it. Got the car, terus pasang Type R bodykit, tyres pun tukar, steering wheel pun tukar, everything tukar.  Extremnya my husband, sampai sanggup dia yg Urus my car by sending it off to the workshop.

No pictures! sorry, cz my husband doesn't like the car to be shown in any media platform.  Even the Honda club wanted to publish the car because they really liked the car, but my husband said "can, tapi blur kan No. Plate".

And so, we came to 2016.  September 2016 is where I will be continuing my studies in Masters in environmental studies in UPM.  I've got the offer, just needed the time organize and coordinate my time and work.  The Masters in environmental studies in UPM will be conducting the classes every saturday and sunday as it solely caters for working people.  The Coordinator herself mentions that she prefers working adult people instead of fresh grade degree students pursuing the Masters.  She wants experience people in her course, not some spoon fed fresh grade degree students.

2016 is also the year where I will be celebrating Hari Raya here in JB! Yay!! excited.  First time celebrating Raya other then my own home in KK.  So, I'm really looking forward!!

Hello All,

Hari ini punya post, aku mau explain experience aku register TNB, Syabas, MBSA & Indah Water. No too long ago, 29/06/2015, aku sama Mr. Husband bertekad untuk settle semua masalah masalah ni.  Can you imagine, Friday last week, Me and Hubs baru dapat tau yang kami punya rumah baru dibeli tu, takde letrik dgn air.

Not just, oh letrik air xde x bayar bill kowt, ini letrik and air xde sbb previous owner dengan bangangnya sekali Pegi deactivate account TnB dgn Syabas.  Bodoh ka tidak? Kerja jak Doctor, tapi common sense piiiiiuuuhhh flying out the window.  Meter letrik dengan Air habis dicabut!!

Dia kata sudah bg tau our lawyer, lawyer kami pun 2x5 bangang tidak inform kami.  Previous Owner tu ingat letrik dengan air tu Jiran atau orang lain boleh Curi mcm Line phone. Even masa Aku pg management apartment tu, hakak management tu sendiri gelakkan terhadap kelakuan bodoh owner tu.  Management sendiri cakap, Manade org, bukan lagi tak ade, tak pernah lagi org yg jual apartment kat area tu yang pegi cancel account api air. That Friday itself aku sdh la tgh siok buka puasa di Le Meridien Hotel, buffet sedap sedap kau! Dengan expressnya ak makan sebab mau balik cepat and sebab sudah janji dengan Husband mau bersih kan rumah baru.  Niat ikhlas dengan semangat mau bersih kan rumah dimatikan dengan ketiadaan letrik dan air.  Hampa beb, Hampa!

Anyway, enough of bashing people, habis pahala bulan puasa aku berkurang.

Ni mau cerita pasal registration Tnb dengan Syabas.

TNB

So kami pegi la TNB, that night sebelum pg TNB, husband sudah buat la research dalam internet on what documents to bring, form apa kena isi.  Berapa kena bayar.  So segala document sudah ready for tomorrow's journey.

Sampai TNB, jumpa Makcik counter receptionist, dia bagi la form, dia tandakan document apa yang kena ada untuk register account.  Semua document ada kecuali satu, itu pun because Benda ni MEMANG TIADA LANGSUNG DI WEBSITE TNB OR MANA2 BLOG SEBAB BENDA NI BARU.  Kena ambil Gambar Panel Meter Rumah yang Kena Cabut tu.

I looked at my husband, husband tengok saya, muka geram macam mau baling kerusi pg muka makcik tu pun ada. Jadi!, nasib baik gerak pukul 7.40am pg tnb, pukul 8.30 tu kami balik lg pg subang bestari, ambil gambar, husband mau pg tandas, tunggu lg. Sudah ambil gambar, print gambar tu.  Huh, Print Kaler terus kau!  bila sdh selesai, Kami pg lg Tnb yang di shah alam tu.

haaaa baca ni betul! AS OF 29/6/2015 DOCUMENT YANG DIPERLUKAN UNTUK REGISTER ACCOUNT BARU TNB:

1) COPY OF SNP
2) IC PEMBELI (IC PEMBELI NI NAMA YG DI DALAM SNP TU)
3) GAMBAR PANEL METER KOSONG TU. (RUMAH YANG KAMU BELI TU)
4) FORM TNB
5) DUIT DEPOSIT (Kami kena RM280) + DUIT UNTUK SETEM HASIL RM10

Masa kami register tu, semua bill letrik sudah diselesaikan oleh previous owner.  Kalau Tidak, mati katak kau sana Bayar semua Overdue Bill.

Process tu sekejap jak,tidak lama.  Tapi yang buatkan lama is tunggu giliran.  And org2 yg pg counter tu lain2 kes.  Jadi certain people memang akan lama di counter.

SYABAS

Lepas settle TNB, Terus la kami ke SYABAS PJ.  Syabas pun sama, kena isi form, alamat rumah yang panjang tu dan nama yang panjang tu, good luck, sebab ada 3 set form kena isi. Malang aku ketika isi form sampai hubby kata, kalau counter tidak terima sebab salah eja and dia suruh buat balik esok je la kita datang.  Sebab nama saya panjang, alamat rumah baru saya juga panjang.

Nasib baik hakak counter tu baik.  Tidak strict sangat. @_@

SO DOCUMENTS YANG KENA ADA AS OF 29/06/2015! Yang ni nasib baik tidak perlu Gambar Meter Air yang kena cabut tu.

2) IC PEMBELI (IC PEMBELI NI NAMA YG DI DALAM SNP TU)

4) DUIT DEPOSIT + BAYARAN LAIN LAIN + DUIT UNTUK SETEM HASIL RM20. (YA SYABAS KENA ADA DUA SETEM HASIL. (KAMI KENA RM135)

TIPS!

JANGAN BELI SETEM HASIL SENDIRI DI POST OFFICE AND PANDAI2 PG BAGI TNB & SYABAS.  BECAUSE KALAU KAMU BAGI SETEM HASIL, KAMU SENDIRI YANG KENA MATIKAN ONCE DIORANG SDH PROCESS ACCOUNT KAMU.  JADI BIAR SAJA DIORANG YANG MATIKAN.  KAMU BAYAR JE LA EXTRA UNTUK SETEM HASIL.

Kami mula2 pun tidak tau, so kami pg la post office Bangunan PAS shah alam tu.  Beli Lima lagi tu! Sampai TNB and Syabas, dapat tau yg drg ada provide setem hasil.  Kalau bg sendiri, sendiri kena matikan. X nk aku susah2 kena pg post office and tnb/syabas lg untuk matikan setem hasil. @_@

INDAH WATER

Paling senang! Tidak perlu ke counter, tidak perlu ke office.  Sediakan dcoument yang diperlukan, and email to care@iwk.com.my Subject: CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP.  itu sahaja.

Document yang di perlukan!

1)COPY OF SNP
2)COPY OF MBSA/MBPJ/ LAIN2 (IKUT AREA RUMAH KAMU) UNTUK NO. CUKAI TAKSIRAN
3)COPY UTILITY BILL (X KESAH MANA2 BILL API ATAU AIR, YANG PENTING BG JE COPY LATEST PUNYA)  IT MEANS BILA KAMU SUDAH PINDAH MASUK, FIRST BILL API/AIR KAMU TERIMA TERUS BUAT COPY AND EMAIL IWK.

MBSA

MBSA pula untuk tukar nama hakmilik rumah ke nama aku.  Sebab rumah tu atas nama aku.  Jadi pindah hak milik rumah dalam document MBSA pun kena atas nama pembeli.  Process paling senang di dunia.  Bagi Copy of SNP, kalau lebih due date SNP bila nk tukar hak milik rumah, kena la penalty.  kami lebih 3 bulan so kena RM58 ringgit.

Parking MBSA Shah Alam, sangat teruk!! Bukan xde parking, ada parking.  Jangan pecaya sign board di dinding yg mengatakan lift atau tangga sebelah kiri atau saaaaaana hujung.  kamu naik ja mana2 tangga pg level 1.  Dari sana baru la boleh masuk office MBSA.

TIPS

TANYA MBSA GUARD TEMPAT YANG HENDAK DIKUNJUNGI. JANGAN EGO BUAT TAU TEMPAT.  SEBAB TEMPAT REGISTER, PINDAH NAMA AND COUNTER BAYARAN BERADA DI LAIN2 BANGUNAN, LAIN2 LEVEL. JADI ADA JALAN DIA SENDIRI UNTUK KE SETIAP DESTINASI.

Anyway, just got a call from hubbs.  Rumah Baru kami sudah ada Air and Eletric!! yay!! sudah boleh pindah!! xD

Its been a long long time

Hi There!

It been such a long time since I input anything in this blog.

Well, married life is awesome! Alhamdullillah that everything went well.  Of course, its normal there are ups and downs because of certain missunderstanding, but heck, we handled how a husband and wife should be! :D

And so, I am currently waaaaaay to busy.  Just bought a house.  An apartment to be precise in subang bestari.  We're currently in the midst of the process.  Buying a house/apartment aint easy.  It really does consume alot of the time, energy and especially MONEY.  Jadi, kepada manusia2 sana yang mau beli rumah, rajin2 la jimat and simpan duit.  House/Apartment aint Cheap!

If I remember correctly, 7 years ago, the price of a two storey house which my sister bought was only around 300K++.  NOW, I god damn apartment that I bought is around that price.  Jeez, its like I'm paying for a house if this was 7 years ago!

But yea, me and the hubs went to check the place.  The owner has done a really good job in renovating the place.  So? so... when moving in, we don't need to do anything anymore.

Another reason why we chose the place? Double parking bitches. That is important. Me and hubs each have a car.  Also, the place is not that far from the place that we are currently staying.  5 minutes drive to kota damansara.  Heh, the route to work will be the same as well.
